First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) is a well-established private scheduled bank in Bangladesh. As a public limited company, it comprises 13 members, including the Chairman and Managing Director. FSIB is also recognized as a Shari’ah-compliant bank, with a dedicated Shari’ah board consisting of five members. The bank has a paid-up capital of Tk. 7840.99 million and authorized capital of Tk. 10,000.00 million. With a wide reach across the country, FSIB operates 204 branches and 246 ATMs in Bangladesh, since its incorporation on August 29, 1999. The Dilkusha Branch was established as the first branch on October 25, 1999.
FSIB offers a diverse range of services including branch banking, internet banking, SMS banking, agent banking, mobile banking, and remittance services. The bank also facilitates export-import businesses. FSIB CLOUD is the official mobile application of FSIB, allowing users to access information including logos, pictures, videos, and content from the organization's website (https://www.fsiblbd.com/). By offering FSIB CLOUD to its more than 1.3 million valued customers, FSIB aims to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction through dedicated and motivated professionals. The bank also strives to maintain market share growth by ensuring quality and contributing effectively to the national economy in Bangladesh.
FSIB boasts a robust service delivery system supported by a strong IT infrastructure, which includes specialized units such as FinTech, CBS, DBA, System & Hardware, Network, Security, and Software. The bank also operates a reliable data center and data recovery center.
To get started with FSIB CLOUD, simply download and launch the app, read the Privacy Policy, sign up, and contact your branch. Then sign on using the provided User ID and Password. It's that simple!
